Service Plan
When you purchase a new bike from Sunshine Cycle Shop, you'll not only get a great bicycle. You also get service support from the best service department in the area.
Your new bike comes with a free 30 day tune up, at which time the bike gets a thorough going over and all normal break-in concerns (cable stretch, housing compression, bearing looseness, etc,) will be addressed. After that, just bring it in as needed, because all adjustments are free for the original owner as long as you own the bike. That's right....there's never any charge for brake adjustments, gear adjustments, bearing adjustments and routine wheel truing. This service plan obviously doesn't cover normal wear & tear (worn out tires, crash damage, etc.).
Also, when you buy your bike, and for 30 days after, you get a 15% discount on any parts and accessories you purchase during that period.

Credit Plan
90 days "Same as Cash" financing is now available through Wells Fargo Credit on any purchase of any amount at Sunshine Cycle Shop (within approved credit limit). A simple seven line credit application is all that's required.
The information is submitted on line, and approval takes about 2 minutes! Really. Simply sign the invoice, and you're on your way with your stuff! You have up to 90 days to pay off your purchase, interest free.
Then....a couple of weeks later, you get a Wells Fargo/Sunshine Cycle Shop credit card in the mail that you can use for any future purchases at Sunshine (always at 90 Days same as cash). Couldn't be simpler.

Bike Rentals
 We have our 2009 Rental Fleet bikes ready to go. Available bikes are Giant Trance X2s and Specialized Stumpjumper Experts. Rates are $45.00/Day, $80.00/Weekend.
These are all new long travel, cross country full suspension bikes with frame pump, spare tube & tire tools in seat bag included. Helmets and Shimano SPD pedals are available with rentals at no extra charge (we‘ll also install your non-spd clipless pedals for you if needed).
All rentals will be set up for rider weight, checked out and ready to ride.
A release form must be signed by the rider (18 years old or older), and a $200.00 damage deposit made on a major credit card (Visa/MC/Disc). The damage deposit will be credited back to the card on return of the bike.
Normal wear and tear such as scratches, flats, chain breaks etc. will not be charged to the damage deposit, only major damage caused by crashes or abuse. The rental fee will be credited to any bicycle purchased within two weeks following the rental.
Please call ahead to reserve rentals, to allow us time to prepare and properly set up the bike.

Return Policy
Return policy established Sept. 08, 2008
Bicycles:
Bicycles are not returnable for a refund unless special prior arrangements have been made. A bicycle may be exchanged for original purchase amount credit within 7 days of purchase for a model of the same value or higher IF the bicycle is un-ridden and in showroom condition as determined by the store manager, unless;
- the bicycle was special ordered
- the bicycle was on layaway
- it was a closeout deal such as (but not limited to) a prior year’s model
Accessories:
Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if unopened in its original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will not be given if those conditions are not met. Returns purchased on credit cards will only be credited to the same credit card. Additionally;
- shoes may not have had cleats mounted nor show scuff marks
- helmets may not have been worn
- shorts, jerseys, socks and gloves may not have been worn
Parts:
Parts installed on bicycles are not returnable for a refund. Parts never installed and in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt unless they were special ordered , sale items or on layaway.
Food Products:
Food products are not returnable or exchangeable.
Labor:
Labor charges are not refundable. If there is a problem with a repair or part installation performed by our shop, we will correct it immediately.
